🚀 Hey PH! We’re excited to launch AI Mailroom by US Global Mail — the AI-powered virtual mailbox that never sleeps. We built this to help businesses and remote teams instantly process mail, deposit checks, and flag urgent documents — all while keeping everything secure (SOC2 & HIPAA compliant). We’d love to hear your thoughts! What’s the #1 challenge you face with managing physical or digital mail today? — The US Global Mail Team

 great job team!

    thanks so much!

did you file (and receive) a trademark from the USPTO on this?

   working on it!

    shall we talk?

This is brilliant. Email is one of those tasks that always seems low priority until something urgent is overlooked. Automating the tedious parts so that people only have to deal with the most important is definitely a win.

 thanks a million!

I've been a user for years, love the product and how far it's gone!

thanks so much Eduardo. Means a lot

I think I'm their longest existing Customer - more than 20+ years.....I stay with them because they really help me.

omg! Super duper grateful for you Lisa 💕 we love you!

Used US Global Mail for as long as I can remember. Ten years or more, I think. They never disappointed me. I live in Thailand, and I use their service to scan mail or discard junk mail. I choose what is important, and they scan it, so I can see it/download a copy. Quite valuable to me. Highly recommended/safe and secure....

 grateful for your support. Thanks!

I currently use US Global Mail, and overall, it's a solid product. For an individual on the road, having a service to send me envelope and package scans with options to scan the contents and ship anywhere is super appealing. It has a wide network of mail receivers across the country. I'm not sure what the AI Mailroom features are, as I have not enountered them (except maybe the sender's name, but I would argue that's more ML than AI). If support is ever needed, an AI is there to answer basic questions and run interference (for any human that may be behind the scene likely never getting the feedback they need to improve the product). The add-ons can start to add up quickly (i.e.: more scans than the allotted each month get super pricey). The user flows have a technical engineer feel that are not the most user friendly (i.e.: picking up in person requires a shipping destination address selection). There are no apps available for iOS and Android (though one could put a shortcut on the home screens) as well as no PWA (Progressive Web App). Automations require a business plan (not on the individual plan). There are plenty of other virtual mailbox and mail receiving services, and so far, this is meeting my initial, limited needs.

Congratulations on the launch! This is such a practical innovation, turning traditional mail into secure, digital, and actionable workflows is exactly the kind of efficiency boost businesses need today. I really like how AI is being applied here to reduce manual effort, improve organization, and ultimately save time. Excited to see how this evolves and supports both individuals and companies managing their mail smarter.

you describe it better than us! Thanks Ozan!

I had questions about voting in the U.S. while living abroad & maintaining a PMB in Texas. MILO, the US Global Mail AI Assistant maintained an online conversation with me. My concerns were addressed quickly & professionally. I have not had good experiences with virtual assistants in the past, but MILO was a wonderful exception. I was very impressed & pleased with the responses I received.

Congrats, very cool product!

 thanks a bunch

I've been using their service for many many years. Highly recommended.

 always appreciate your support 🙏🏻
