I think i'm a little confused exactlty what this does... is it a newsletter that gives tips on how to validate ideas? If so, what does the AI do? Curate those tips from other sources and see which ones i engage with more?

It adjusts the recommendations you get by email based on what you egaged with previously. It's an oversimplification however. Nevertheless, what you get is a personalized, with time getting better, service that delivers you what we expect you may find useful. Our usefulness analyzis is very deep so it's a good idea to use Adstra and interact with the emails to get most out of it.
