This is a very useful service. Simple question: does the offboarding feature allows to set-up a trigger, to detect or to recognize when the number of users for a particular SaaS falls under a certain threshold, which may impact the plan paid for this particular SaaS, hence the cost of this SaaS?

@thatswam thanks for the question! Currently, this is how our offboarding feature works. When an employee leaves the organization, our system automatically recognizes that individual and triggers all their SaaS accounts as a former employee account. The system then sends out a notification stating which apps that individual had an account in, and the IT manager can simply check the status and quickly offboard that employee from all the apps, saving them plenty of time. It can also show you which apps are unused or underused, so you can offboard them and save cost! Please try it out for free and see if it can be helpful for your organization! Unfortunately it doesn’t recognize when the no. of users falls under a certain threshold. But that could be something we can work on and build if needed! :)
