A novel way to enhance your YouTube experience and make ads tolerable. As opposed to ad blockers, AdBreak lets you enjoy the platform without hurting your favourite creators. Play a short mini-game while an ad is playing or if you're feeling more zen, enjoy the peace of muted and blurred ads. There are more break options coming up in future updates. @berkaydin Hi Berk, thank you and great question. The games are designed to be short and save your progress every time an ad ends so you can pick up right from where you left off when another ad comes. Hope that answers your question!

@nazrin_malikova Hey Nazrin, you raise a good point. If people start feeling too distracted by the games, there is an option to turn games off so you can enjoy the peace of muted and blurred ads instead which I hope will be far less distracting!

@kyrylosilin Hi Kyrylo, thank you for the comment. Currently we have Snake, T-Rex Runner (Chrome dinosaur game) and Space Invaders. You can expect to see Breakout very soon... We definitely plan to expand to other browsers soon.

@coracat Hi Cora, thank you and good question! You’re correct in saying that there is lesser engagement with ads due to the extension. We believe that our target audience would be users who aren’t looking to engage with ads in the first place so no net harm is actually being done to the creators. If you do wish to engage with the ads, the extension has an easy off switch which is effective in real time.
