Exciting new tool! I'll dig into it more, but what current software is this similar to? For example, we are currently using BOB. Would your product replace something like that, or be a compliment/integration to it?

@mick_essex now actiPLANS has both HR (leave management) and work planning (shifts, locations, remote work status) features. However, actiPLANS development is now moving more towards further enhancing project and resource planning capabilities.
