Hi everyone Super excited to share this project which I have been working on for the last 12 months :) https://4dayweek.io is a job board listing software jobs with a 4 day work week (i.e. 32 hours with no drop in salary) In 1926, Henry Ford introduced the 5 day work week in his Motor Factories - maybe it's time for a refactor? Nowadays we look down on the working conditions of employees during the industrial revolution - I believe humanity will have the same reflection in 100 years about the 9 to 5. The advantages of the 4 day work week are numerous: - More job applications - Increased Productivity - Improved employee health and happiness - Improved staff retention - It’s better for the environment - Staff are off sick less - Applications from more Experienced Candidates - Reduced costs - Improved gender equality More info: https://4dayweek.io/blog/benefit... p.s.
