What has stopped you from doing a 360 degree leadership review before?

We built 360now because the barriers to getting honest leadership feedback seemed completely unnecessary; cost, complexity, waiting weeks for results, or just not knowing where to start.

But we're curious: for those of you who've thought about getting 360° feedback but never pulled the trigger; what got in the way? Price? Not knowing who to ask? Worried about what you might hear?

And for those who have done one before; what did you wish had been different about the process?
