I receive leads thru LinkedIn Profinder. Instead of pouring time into creating proposal after proposal, I simply send a brief message that offers a complimentary 20 minute video consultation. Include a link to my schedule that 24sessions provides and viola - my calendar automatically fills up with potential business (it syncs nicely with my google calendar).
I especially like that the client can easily (on their own) figure out how to schedule and connect with me using 24sessions. This actually works as a client qualifier for me. If someone can't use this simple tool, then it's most likely a client that I would not be a good fit for (kinda of a nice way of putting it).
Pros:
Easy for clients to schedule and connect meetings with me.
Cons:
Not any I can think of.

24sessions is awesome, what more can I say?
Pros:
Extremely easy to use for both users and guest. No downloads, beautifully branded, booking forms and more...
Cons:
Bit more recording storage would be nice

Highly recommend.
Pros:
Great interface. And end users love the fact they do not have to download any software to participate.
Cons:
None at this time.

"If Calendly and Skype had a baby..." summs it up pretty well! I love the simplicity, UX and beautiful design of 24sessions. I sell products to my cliebts via (video or voice) call, and don't want to miss this great pice of software. :)
Pros:
simple and effective
Cons:
not free

I was an early adopter of 24sessions for business video calls, and I can honestly say that the stream quality keeps getting better, unlike the proprietary video connection systems like Skype which keep getting worse.
Pros:
Easy calendar integration, no-install WebRTC standards, storage to record and offload as needed, and the call quality keeps improving!
Cons:
Current lackluster WebRTC browser support can limit participant count, and "movie length" call times are not directly supported.
