That’s a lot of Teslas
Do you own a Tesla? I have some potentially bad news. The company is recalling two million cars in the US in order to fix some Autopilot features.
Anyway, here’s some better news:
🧵 EU users, here we go! Threads has landed for you.
📷 Instagram has released a new generative AI tool.
🎨 Figma launched a new keyboard for all your design shortcuts.
🖼️ Google dropped a new text-to-image modal to rival DALL-E.
Your virtual pickup artist
Building your dating profile is a pain point that nearly any millennial and Gen Zer can relate to.
Thankfully (maybe), you don’t have to read or a book, watch a masterclass, or hire Hitch anymore.
AI is here to be your pickup artist with apps like WooWell. WooWell helps you generate profile pictures and bios, plus adds a chat assistant to your keyboard. The AI can help open the conversation, and gives you suggestions on what questions to ask to make the conversation last and get to know the other person better.
“We tried building this to help dating app users to better portray themselves with minimal effort,” explained the maker.
I’ll be honest, the first word that came to mind when seeing those AI generated pictures is “catfishers,” but people have already been using face tune apps and odd angles in their profile pictures. What’s better: A thoughtful question from someone who needs a little support or DMs full of cringey pickup lines? Of course, your intro line is still only as good as your AI prompt.
I.e. Don’t hate the AI. Hate the catfishers.
Agree?
We asked 34 customers what Viktor does for them. Not one said chatbot.

They kept using words like colleague, coworker, team member. One CEO called it the glue holding their e-commerce business together, which is a lot, but also… you see why. It lives in Slack and plugs into 3,000+ tools, so instead of jumping between tabs, you just ask for the thing. Pull Stripe against HubSpot, check Sentry alerts, spin up a campaign brief, build a landing page, send a report upstairs. It all happens there.
It has already hit top 5 on Product Hunt with 130 comments, is SOC 2 certified, and your data does not train models. One user said it was the first time AI felt like a real coworker, which is either exciting or slightly concerning depending on your week.
