For years, chatbots mostly answered FAQs, collected basic details, or routed visitors. Helpful, but often limited when customers needed real guidance or suggestions. Expectations have clearly shifted and people want help choosing the right product, understanding options, getting support ... ... moving toward a purchase without friction. So the question becomes: What should an AI Agent be able to do that a traditional chatbot usually cannot? A few possibilities we have considered and worked on for Wize
