Many AI SaaS products never reach strong MRR. Many B2B products built with AI get accepted on AppSumo, and that gives founders a good early boost. update since the last PH post. The biggest change is the AI model lineup. I removed older/deprecated models, replaced failing ones, and split the current models more clearly by tier. Free now gets: Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite GPT-5.4 Nano (Remember! no sign-up required . Just install extension and use it right away) Pro gets: Kimi K2.6 Grok 4.3 Claude Haiku 4.5 GPT-5.4 Mini Gemini 3.1 Pro Max gets: GPT-5.5 Claude Opus ... ... jokes, side quests, repeated opinions, deleted comments, and sometimes one useful answer buried deep in the thread. The model quality makes a real difference when the job is not just
