What “low-cost” stack would you recommend for a first-time founder launching a product to save money
... trying to do with my upcoming Chrome extension for LinkedIn. I don t know if it will take off, so I want to go with the most cost-efficient stack possible. Could you recommend the best low-cost
alternatives
for infrastructure and launching? Databases Payments/money management (I m currently considering Stripe) Analytics Hosting and domains? If there are other essential tools I m missing, feel free to add them. I m especially open to dev advice since my experience here ... ... just cheap. Early on, your biggest cost usually isn't infrastructure. It's your time. I'd rather pay a little more for a service with great documentation and a smooth developer experience than spend days debugging a cheaper

For context: I'm building ...

feedback wanted for my quiz app
... love your feedback on
Cognito
Quiz , a quiz/trivia app with over 80 categories and 90+ game modes, designed to make trivia fun and accessible without paywalls or too many ads. How we skipped weeks of backend setup and still launched fast
... Raftlabs, we recently kicked off a client project and decided to try AWS Amplify instead of setting up our usual stack. To our surprise, it saved us a ton of time. In just a few days, we had: Auth (
Cognito
) File storage (S3) GraphQL + REST APIs (AppSync + Lambda) CI/CD auto-deploying the frontend Proper environment separation (dev, staging, prod) No custom infra scripts, no hours lost in IAM policies. Just shipped real features. It made us wonder ...
