What were your launch day metrics from a successful Product Hunt launch?

I am curious to learn how big PH launches can get. I'm drafting an article that outlines the impact on PH on early-stage startup traction. So .. would love to hear if you can share how many sign ups did you get? How much website traffic? Any revenue stats etc? Thank you!

When I launched https://www.workspaces.xyz I ended up with #1 product of the day and #4 product of the week. My overall numbers were: 📈 32,001 pageviews 👥 1,000+ added newsletter subscribers (these numbers were from Monday when I launched through that Friday)

@thisiskp_ No problem! It was the second time I had launched Workspaces on PH so it's very likely the overall added subscribers from this specific launch would have been higher had it been the first and only launch (many upvoters and visitors were likely already subbed)

I believe we got 11,000 email signups for this when we launched it two years ago and it hit #3 potd: https://www.producthunt.com/prod... But at the time it was a very minimal landing page with a required email field to have the free guide emailed to you. We got #1 potd and potw for an actual product launch a few months ago and had far fewer signups, but it was not as direct or simple of a CTA: https://www.producthunt.com/prod...
Going to keep an eye on this one 😀

I'll be sharing tomorrow :)

Yo KP! So https://www.producthunt.com/prod... wasn't a "huge" launch but definitely successful (#1 day #3 week) but what's most interesting to me is the compounding, long term "results". The PH launch got the Email Love site/brand into many email-related roundups and it's still getting traffic from the PH page. I also g etapproached by so many email-related advertisers (all the time) even though the site has relatively low traffic vs One Page Love. So I assume it's all from this launch -> round-ups. I definitely need to credit PH for this one.

We saw it as a 5 part conversion: 1. Number of Visits to our website 2. Number of signups that day from PH 3. Number of active users after 1 month 4. Number of formaloos created via them 5. Percentage of PH users who converted to paid users

When I launched Micro SaaS Ideas newsletter on PH in 2020, I think I roughly got 300-400 subs but what is more important is, the launch helped me with the much needed start. We leveraged PH launch a couple of more times and today our newsletter is one of the best newsletter in Micro SaaS space and we have 25,000 subscribers and a community built around Micro SaaS.

Launching soon!
It's pretty hard to say as together with the launch we usually run some campaign and activise our databases, too, but I had one product I launched just for fun on PH and nowhere else and it got 1500+ users from. #1 over a 1 week period. https://www.producthunt.com/prod...

Here were all of our launch numbers on Plus! https://plusdocs.notion.site/Pub... We didn't do very well on PH but got #1 post on HackerNews, which drove ~15K site visits
