What the cost-effective solution for building an MVP for a new idea ?

Note: I don't have any intentions to criticize or hurt our people. Build service for South Asian people, where the majority of the people there don't know very much about the technology. My experience when I was building an MVP for F&B Industry I used to sit down, talk with people and listen to their pain points. Interestingly, most of them didn’t know too much about the problems they faced and it was until I asked questions about the various challenges they faced that they would respond with feedbacks indicating they faced them a lot. On the other hand, people who have some knowledge about technology never think about the problem they face since they can solve it with some existing technology. I would love to hear about your experience.
