Time management.
Launching soon!
@alexanderptitsyn + block scheduling
@alexanderptitsyn that’s a great one I wish to master
Meditation! It helps me to stay focused and I'm more resistant against stress.
@marvin_maendle looove meditation, absolutely agree
As much as I hate this answer: waking up at 5 am.
I hate waking up early and I'm a night person but with two kids it's impossible to find some good stretches of time to focus. So, getting these couple of hours in the morning has actually given me disproportionally more results.
@martzoukos you are a hero, waking up this early. Your kids have a great role model 👏
Moving gym to the morning. I never miss a morning gym session. If you work out in the afternoons or evenings, it's easy to end up missing it because new commitments come up or you have a really stressful day. There's nothing to derail you in the mornings
@cwbuilds1 yes!! I also schedule most of my good habits for mornings so I can work on them without being distracted
Tracking daily. It's really simple, I use the dart framework to track everything: https://docs.google.com/spreadsh...
@nastassia_k what about you?
@ruben_boonz gratitude journal and keeping my goals in writing :)
@nastassia_k that's a good one!
Getting a dog and going outside ;)
@manouk_dr I have 2 so perfectly understand you 🐾☺️
Meditation!
Exercising and learning foreign languages. Especially communication barriers – I can speak to someone who is on the other side of the planet, and I have access to different thoughts, standpoints, and angles of view. More opportunities. :)
@busmark_w_nika yes this is incredible 👍
Reading: is the door for my behavior change since I have learned a lot of different topics, from philosophy to personal finances, and all the knowledge have helped me a lot in my life decisions.
Which one is in your case?
@_juan_correa adore reading! My favourite habit is journaling gratitude ☀️
Working out every day has been a game changer for me
@jaketital amazing 🤩
Journaling + Mood Tracking. Exercising.
Currently, in the process of building a Mood Tracking & Journaling app - MoodScriber - hoping to help the wider community.

@ben_tezcan power mornings are the best ☀️
Unlearning biases ingrained through culture and religion has been crucial, as has overcoming the urge to judge others based on their beliefs or life choices.
Learning to listen more and talk less has proven invaluable in managing people.
Distancing myself from negativity has freed up time to foster relationships with friends and family and to engage in meaningful, positive work.
@shownotes wow your habits are just incredible ❤️
@jerryton_surya1 best attitude 🫶
Daily sport & Keto diet
Everyday reading & regular exercise.
