Slow updates? Feedback

Question

In the world of updates, content, ads etc. I was thinking of introducing "slow updates", meaning that on our platform you could post an update only 1 per week. Any thoughts on this?

Pros/cons?

I'm not sure if I'd remember to come back to a platform once a week for one post update.

I'm a bit lost, so you mean you would make a website where Startups can post their updates and are only eligible to state any updates they have on your platform, only once per week?
