there's definitely a drastic change. due to lack of sunlight, I feel less productive and more burnt out.

Been a blizzard in Ontario the past couple of days. Luckily, it was near Christmas so it didn't affect my work schedule.

No winter here in Ghana so can't comment on this. But at the moment i'm working from home as a Support Manager because of the Christmas holidays.
