there's definitely a drastic change. due to lack of sunlight, I feel less productive and more burnt out.

Been a blizzard in Ontario the past couple of days. Luckily, it was near Christmas so it didn't affect my work schedule.

The biggest advantage of working in web3 is a remote work and work schedule such as you choose yourself

No winter here in Ghana so can't comment on this. But at the moment i'm working from home as a Support Manager because of the Christmas holidays.
