@soumya_chaturvedi I can totally relate. Are there any challenges that you are facing?
there's definitely a drastic change. due to lack of sunlight, I feel less productive and more burnt out.
Been a blizzard in Ontario the past couple of days. Luckily, it was near Christmas so it didn't affect my work schedule.
Winters make you lazy in the morning to get out of bed. Haha.
No Change in work schedule so far
The biggest advantage of working in web3 is a remote work and work schedule such as you choose yourself

Less time spent outside and more time indoors at my desk.
No winter here in Ghana so can't comment on this. But at the moment i'm working from home as a Support Manager because of the Christmas holidays.
