Has anyone implemented "The Cadence" philosophy in their SaaS startup?
Even though David Sacks created it to solve the pains of growing from 50-500 employees, I can imagine great benefits of starting to use The Cadence system in earlier stage SaaS companies. But I haven't met anyone who's actually implemented it. Have you? Looking to learn what experiences you've had with it in action!
