My experience when I was building an MVP for F&B Industry: Talk with people and listen to their pain points. Interestingly most of them didn’t know too much about the problems they faced and it was until I asked questions about the various challenges they faced that they would respond with feedbacks indicating they faced them a lot. On the other hand, people who have some knowledge about technology never think about the problem they face since they can solve it with some existing technology.
