People will long forget what you said to them. They will however, never forget, how you said it.

@ketan_pandit1 Does not matter "how you said it". All it matters is what they felt when you said it. People remember the emotion

If me WRITING IN CAPS WITH EXCLIMATIONS!!! Makes you anxious or attentive, my written tone has impacted you as it would others. I forget where I read it but it made a large impact of how I thought of tone and voice and the difference between the two. Voice is who you are, as an individual, or as a brand. It is fundamental and you want to always be true to it. Tone is what you say and how you say your truth given the situation. So our tones may change based on context but our voices should always remain true.

Definitely, sometimes the tone of voice is even more important than the words spoken

Absolutely - critical if you are trying to get sensitive info, reiterating points of importance, or convincing someone
Of course, tone of voice is like salt in a delicious dish - it adds flavor and enhances the overall experience. Without it, your brand communication would be like a plain boiled potato. Nobody wants that, right?
Yes! Very important and sometimes people don´t take it seriously

each company has a different tone of voice with its audience. In fact, I think that if the engagement with your community or audience is low, changing the tone of voice can be one of the simplest solutions to a serious problem.

It matters at the margins, which is to say that if you can 0.01% more business by having a better tone of voice, of course you would do it. But I don't think it will have a larger impact than that. If you have a good copywriter, then any tone of voice they use will be able to sound appropriate. Plenty of serious B2B brands have peppy, emoji filled communications.

Yes, the tone of voice decides what will be the outcome of your transaction or even the result for personal purposes. What do you think?

Absolutely, the tone of voice holds great importance in communication. It carries nonverbal cues that add meaning and context to our words. The tone we use can indicate our level of confidence, sincerity, empathy, or even urgency. By paying attention to our tone, we can ensure our message aligns with our intended meaning and prevents misinterpretation. Acknowledging the significance of tone allows for more effective and impactful communication.

It's rather obvious :)
