In my experience, both visual posts and text-based content have their own advantages in marketing. Visual posts, such as images, infographics, or videos, have the power to capture attention quickly and convey information in a visually appealing way. They can be highly engaging and shareable, especially on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest. On the other hand, text-based content, such as blog posts or captions, allows for more in-depth storytelling and information sharing. It can be a great way to educate and provide value to your audience. However, the choice between visual posts and text-based content depends on various factors, including your target audience, the platform you're using, and the nature of your product or service. It's often beneficial to find a balance between the two and use them in combination to create a comprehensive and well-rounded marketing strategy. What do you think about the choice between visual posts and text-based content for marketing? Which do you prefer, and why?

When it comes to marketing, visuals speak louder than words. Research has shown that people are more likely to engage with visual content compared to plain text. That being said, it doesn't mean that text-based content should be ignored altogether. It really depends on what you're trying to achieve with your marketing strategy. If you want to quickly grab people's attention and convey your message in a succinct way, go with a visual post. But if you have a complex message or want to provide more detailed information, then text-based content might be the way to go.

It depends on the context and the audience. A visual post can be more attention-grabbing and engaging, while a text post may be better for conveying detailed information. Ultimately, it is up to the marketer to decide which approach is best for their specific goals.
I'll go with the visuals.

According to my opinion visual content is more effective in marketing point of view such as images, video infographics or memes can quickly grab attention and have high potential to engage audience, visuals can effectively tell a story or evoke emotions which make them ideal for conveying. Visuals can often convey complex ideas or concepts in a simple and effective way.

The first thing I always consider is which content format resonates better with my target audience. Secondly, it is crucial you make these decisions with the data you have. Look at your data and choose your preferred content format.

For Reddit or so platforms is text! But for Tiktok and IG - video format

I really believe that neither is better than the other. As you mention, it depends on the platform and the strategy you are applying. In my case, I always look for a social network where creating content does not take me a lot of time. And the text content is the one that makes me feel most comfortable and the one that I enjoy the most when creating it.

Well it looks like you know the answer already:-) From the end-user perspective, videos are easier and more engaging because they don't require as much effort and can be consumed passively. Whereas, the written word/texts require more effort and active focus to consume/understand. Fueled by social media, videos drive traffic and reach broader audiences though, hence higher ROI.

I once learned something at work about presentations. As humans, we recognize roughly 80% via visuals and 20% by text and speech. That's why you shouldn't put to much text on a slide when presenting a graph. To conclude I'd say a visual brings way more interest for new customers! Especially in the time we live in...the time of short attention spans...

Both visual posts and text-based content are effective marketing strategies depending on the target audience and message being conveyed. Visual posts such as images and videos are great for grabbing attention and conveying emotions, while text-based content provides more detailed information and can be easily searched and indexed. A combination of both visual and text-based content can provide a well-rounded marketing strategy.

When it comes to marketing, there isn't necessarily a one-size-fits-all answer to the question of whether a visual post or a text-based post is better. It really depends on the platform you're using, your target audience, and the specific message you're trying to convey.

Nice question. I prefer visual based with minimal text on it for marketing purposes. Why I prefer visual based especially photo with little text is Visual senses of a person can be caught easily rather than text based at least in my case and marketing should be real quick , the faster and clear we can communicate the easier it is for marketers to sell or convey the message. But, In general I prefer text based content as I prefer to read article and blogs mainly.
