I'm aware of cool scrollytelling stuff on Webflow, but not sure it's the best option 😅

Webflow is the best out there, Typedream is decent one as well with less hustle than Webflow.

During my research I've found https://www.vev.design/
But looks a bit abandoned..
I haven't tried - so can't recommended, just sharing findings!
@vasilina_leushina You have to be careful with all this page builders, there is so many of them around and they do not have any technical support, etc...
As for the pricing the, cheapest you can go is 7-8$ for basic plans I think, but correct me if I am wrong.
Webflow is free, you just need the basic plan for hosting. But it's not drag and drop builder, you have to have basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Typedream is I think 7$ monthly for basic plan, but they have decent support, and are backed by Y Combinator.
UnicornPlatform is also decent one with good support, I think around 8$ monthly for basic plan.

I've had absolutely awesome experiences with Shorthand (https://shorthand.com/) and they've got stunning examples on their site. I haven't used the advanced features but pretty much everyone who saw the (admittedly simple) things I created on it for free liked it.
