Where do you host your help content for your customer?

We've launched our first public version of the Knowledge base. We did a lot of research before the release. But I am still curious about your experience.
All-in-one customer support tool (which one?)
Separate tool for hosting the content (Zendesk or different?)
Blog (why??)
