11. Stop assuming and start asking the question no matter how dumb you feel it is. 12. Don't list questions, instead list the things that you need to cover. Because most of the time, the candidate takes your convo, so follow them and get all the insights that you need. don't focus too much on asking all the questions in the order you listed.

Yes! Great list. I'd add a point about not aking theoretical questions or questions about a person’s future. You need to gather only facts, so it's better to ask questions about their real past experiences
