It's cheap to start and very easy to scale later. Requires some DevOps knowledge since you need to set up everything from scratch in your box, but this gives you full control over everything.

I moved my sites from a managed VPS to DigitalOcean. It can be intimidating to manage it yourself, but they have a lot of great tutorials and a really helpful community.

    Cloudways

A managed cloud hosting platform for developers & designers

A fully-managed hosting with great management features. The cool thing is you may choose cloud provider (Digital Ocean, Vultr, Linode, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services or Kyupp) and Cloudways will spawn a fully configured server for you. Configuration is well-designed for WordPress and contains memcached along with Varnish. I am hosting lot of client websites there and I haven't experienced any significant issues for more than a year.

Apple Silicon M1 as a Service

Spin up a Mac Mini M1 in the cloud.

Scaleway is a pay as you go service where you're billed by the hour for the services you use (server, snapshot, ip, ...). It's monthly capped so you're sure to not go over your budget.

    Bluehost
I used it for my blog. It has a very cheap price. All Bluehost plans include an SSL certificate. Almost all hosting companies provide one or another SSL certificate, but you should take it seriously. Thanks to the SSL certificate, a beautiful lock appears in the address bar of your site. They encrypt the connections of your visitors and guarantee the authenticity of data transmitted between the server and visitors. This review: https://blueskyfunnel.com/how-to..., will help you quickly build your site on Bluehost
