Respect. 8 years shipping for others is the real grind. Different space, but one thing that helped us when we productised an internal workflow: show the outcome fast (before/after), not a feature list. For your LTD: what’s the “wow in 10 seconds” moment? (e.g., one click → 20 comments queued / one post → engagement) If you nail that, distribution gets way easier.
