Great looking course! Email can be super powerful if it's done well. I think back to this old post from Derek Sivers when he talks about one transactional email that basically went viral. https://sive.rs/cdbe You wouldn't think you could get tons of new ecommerce customers from a "Your order has shipped..." email, but if you think outside the box and learn the right strategies, you can use email to grow.
