Open AI in 2026. What is coming?

I see OpenAI as a tech giant that sets the direction in AI, and I try to follow their steps.

Right at the beginning of the year, 2 news items that reached my news horizon resonated with me:

We removed the sign-up wall (mostly) 🔓

Hey PH fam!
Quick growth hack we just shipped: We noticed people were bouncing hard when we asked them to sign up. So we said, "what if they didn't have to?"
Now you get 5 free AI tool recommendations + strategy calls per session before hitting the sign-up wall. No friction. Just value first.
Session-based tracking keeps it simple. No cookies, no complexity. Early data shows way less bouncing. Will update with full metrics soon.
Thanks for the early feedback, everyone!

Launched TinTekka today - how do you pick AI tools?

Hey folks

I m Faisal, a first-time founder, growth hacker and forward deployed engineer. Today I launched TinTekka, Your AI tools. Found. Fixed. For your business.

After talking to agencies, I kept hearing the same thing:

We re overwhelmed by AI tools, not sure which ones to trust, and don t know how to implement them without breaking our existing workflows.

TinTekka - Your AI tools. Found. Fixed. For your business.

Stop wasting money on AI tools that don't work. Select your business type or specific challenge. Answer a few targeted questions or try a quick demo. Get a personalized roadmap showing exactly which tools solve your problem, how to implement them, and the ROI you'll actually see. For AI tool builders: we're building a partner network to connect your solution with founders and teams actively seeking it. Early partners get featured. No credit card. No overshooting. Just solutions that fit.

At what point does AI in customer support become a necessity rather than a nice-to-have?

For most teams, it stops being optional the moment support volume grows faster than the team can scale. When repetitive questions start taking up the majority of agent time, response times slip, costs rise, and hiring becomes a constant reaction instead of a plan. That s usually the tipping point.

AI becomes a necessity when customers expect instant answers across channels, when agents spend more time copy-pasting than solving real problems, and when managers lose visibility because tickets pile up faster than they can be triaged. At that stage, automation isn t about replacing people, it s about keeping quality and consistency under control as the business grows.

We just wrapped the Orbit Awards for AI Dictation and now we re moving to the next category: AI Automation.

🔥 Drop your tagline and I'll try to guess what your product is

A tagline is the first piece of content a user will see about your product on the leaderboard. It's so important that you get it right. You should be able to get a really solid idea of what your product is just by reading a handful of words.

In the spirit of forever optimising our taglines, I wanted to do a little experiment:
