As someone who just started a newsletter 10 days ago, beehiiv has been incredibly helpful. The dashboard is well-designed, and the features are well-thought. I really appreciate the polls as they help me know what my readers like. The A/B testing for the titles is super useful. The reports are great. I haven't tested the Magic Links, Referral Program, and Monetization features yet, but I can't wait.
Great work beehiiv team!
I've enjoyed using Shape on several side projects. It's been an incredibly helpful resource and has saved me so much time. There are a lot of well-designed icons and for small non-commercial projects, being able to use the free png export is nice.
I'm a designer. I've been a professional designer for over 15 years. Canva is helpful to me. Sometimes, you don't need fancy software to create something. If you have to create visuals for social media, I highly recommend using Canva, it does the job and makes it easy.
I started using Cron a year ago (Thanks to Golden Kitty Awards invitations!), and it's completely changed how I use my calendar. Love it, especially for someone who deals with several timezones daily. The quick access to meetings and the snippets to invite someone to schedule a meeting are great additions.
Wow!
I'm testing Lex this morning.
I copy-pasted the first two paragraphs of a post I wrote to see what Lex would do… To say that I'm impressed is an understatement 🤯
I haven't been excited like this about a product for a long, long time. If there is any way I can help, let me know.
Reddit is so big, it's difficult to make a general comment about it. There are so many strong communities on Reddit, and because it's a bit difficult to find your way at first, you definitely get a sense of belonging once you "get it".
When you're not searching for something, it's always a good place to stumble upon interesting content.
It's a great resource if you're looking for something specific, although the internal search isn't as good as using google and appending "reddit" to your query.
Framer is just the best. I'm gonna talk about the company in general because they've built several products over the years. Framer really helps close the gap between design and engineering. Building prototypes, components, and even websites with Framer is incredibly easy. You can actually share your work with developers
I have been using Zoom almost every day for work for years now. It's reliable and rarely has downtime or technical issues. I also appreciate how you can adjust your settings for audio and video. I highly recommend it.
