Mozart AI v0.5 (Beta) - Live on Sept 12
Hey PH Community ,
We're launching our V0.5 after a successful initial launch on Product Hunt, winning Product of the Day #2.
We won #2 Product of the Day - Cursor for Music Production
Hi All,
Thank you so much for the incredible support on our launch yesterday, we won #2 Product of the Day for July 16th! This was the first of many launches, and you guys absolutely blew our usage up!
Here are some interesting technical stats.
The 1 person unicorn dream - Myth or Reality?
Hey All,
The thesis of a 1-person Unicorn has been going around since the emergence of LLMs and Agents. While I certainly see how an engineer can now do the work of 10, maybe 20 engineers, I'm still not able to see the path to a $1B company.
short or mid-term work-life balance - which one is best?
Loving Slack, but Really Missing Sub-Sub-Threads
Hey all,
Let me start by saying that I really enjoy using @Slack. Every day I use it, though, I find myself wishing I could create threads within sub-threads. Is this limitation intentional to encourage keeping conversations in the main thread or are there any plans to support one additional level of threading in the future?
For example, we're building a product called Mozart, an AI-powered digital audio workstation (DAW). We had a thread discussing the mixer component, and within that, someone started a sub-thread about how effects would be handled. I wanted to go even deeper and discuss one specific effect the reverb module but there was no clean way to do that without cluttering the entire sub-thread. I instead had to forward the message to the main chat and start another thread there. A sub-sub-thread would have allowed us to stay a bit more organised and focused without losing context.
Keen to get your thoughts on this :)) !
What's The Next Big Thing In Tech?
What's your bet on the next frontier? Everyone's still catching up with AI, but some interesting stuff is already happening.
Some areas where I see the world heading next are quantum computing, which is finally moving from lab experiments to actual commercial systems.
Brain-computer interfaces are another one. With the way Neuralink and other similar companies are heading, we may be more closer to reality than other people realise.
While everyone's obsessing over Agentic AI, some of the really wild breakthroughs might be happening in these corners of tech.
Looking forward to your thoughts!! :)
How do you build Discord Communities successfully?
Hi All,
We are building Mozart AI, a music creation software (DAW) with baked in AI Co-Production. Think Cursor for Music Production.
What Product Hunt + Vibe Coding Did in 7 Days 🚀💥
Since launching on Product Hunt, wild things have happened:
I got my first investment offer on a SAFE.
A YC-backed startup reached out to discuss strategy not just ask for help.
And the biggest win? I ve started to believe that ideas are the most powerful thing in the world.
I didn t build this project for VCs. I built it because I saw a real pain point.
Is it really good to succeed at a young age?
I often met people with the mindset:
"I'll work hard until I'm 30, and then I'll enjoy the fruits of my labour."
Many people wanted to get into the Forbes 30 Under 30.
Multi Window Vibe Coding for Max Efficiency
Hi all,
Our team @ Arthos, a Music AI startup, uses @Cursor for everything (we actually have a massive budget in house for the usage based pricing :) ). I've always wondered if it's possible to open the same repository on multiple windows, and vibe code non conflicting features.
Has anyone tried this? What happens if Cursor edits the same file with 2 different agentic instances?
Max Efficiency Vibe Coding - Multi Window
Hi all,
Our team @ Arthos, a Music AI startup, uses @Cursor for everything (we actually have a massive budget in house for the usage based pricing :) ). I've always wondered if it's possible to open the same repository on multiple windows, and vibe code non conflicting features.
What was the very first project you vibecoded with AI?
On Product Hunt, I can see many people launching their products using "vibe-coding tools" like @Lovable , @bolt.new , or@Replit
I reckon many people who created something with them are usually developers who didn't have enough time for building a side idea before, but with AI, they could make it happen.
🚀 PoliteAI is evolving: A Smarter Alternative to Slack
Hey Product Hunt ,
We started PoliteAI as an AI Hub for teams, giving access to GPT, Claude, Gemini, and more. But teams weren t just chatting with AI, they were collaborating.
So we re making a bold shift.
ROI on Product Hunt
Builders, for those of you who have launched on Producthunt or actively engage in comment sections; What is the ROI here? As a new user and builder myself, how do you get the most value out of this platform?
For those who've launched: How many people are actually following through with feedback, beta testing, or staying in contact long term? Are those 10-20% of people worth it?
For those active in threads: How do you get value? How often does the scratch my back and I'll scratch yours exchange actually take place/help? Are you just here to scroll?
If you come here looking for an answer, how much time do you spend looking for it before you go to the next platform? Is reddit the alternative?
If you have any good strategies, let me know!! Would love to learn more.
I write the Product Hunt newsletter. Here's how to get featured in it.
