It seems like B2C needs to be very niche or aimed towards personal development. I agree that if you already have an audience, B2C works so much easier!
Building a b2c product is the worst decision a founder can make 🫠🔫

This launch is allll about making documentation simple! I built this to create how-to guides quickly and easily. Quick Guides is a free Chrome Extension that instantly turns your on-screen clicks into step-by-step guides with screenshots, titles, and navigation. Create documentation in seconds! Don't worry about taking manual screenshots or writing out descriptions. Your clicks do it for you......

I like that this focuses on metrics around the interactions and not just page views. That is very valuable information on the marketing side! Congratulations on the launch!

This is very handy for streamers that need notifications to stay engaged but can't necessarily stop what they're doing.

As a founder of a customer support platform, I’ll say that I can see how everyone has a bad taste in their mouth from other chatbots. They are robotic and act like they don’t have the information accessible to them to respond accurately. I spent months researching and tweaking before making the AI Assistant module live for users. The assistant really knows your content and refers to it when...

I agree with your statement "this overuse might hurt the tech itself ; people start seeing AI as gimmicky or useless..." I have AI implemented in @Desk.Help, however, I waited to put those features in until I had real use cases for them. I also tried to avoid using the words "AI" as much as I could. I think the explosion of AI products will settle down soon, it's really just a matter of time...

Marketing takes time. Sometimes you can get lucky where things happen and you get traffic, but overall you have to run the race with marketing and know that your marketing efforts may not show any results for 3-6 months. Your marketing will evolve as you make your product more complete, you can speak to its value better when you really understand your own product.

With the SEO landscape changing because of AI… I would say Build First if it is more of a concept idea without current market validation. MVP’s are easy to spin up now, I think they can help you figure if you really want to go all in. If it is something you know you will build regardless of market research/validation or website name, to the point where you are invested in researching launch...

Congrats! I miss tools/sites like this honestly. Just a useful tool that you can use without “having” to sign up. The piano is a good choice for this too, you may start or help some interesting music careers!

I like the focus on Masking. It is one of the most desired things to do with video. This makes it easy and clear without having to learn a whole product suite to do one task.

Are you launching soon? Do you have Customer Support figured out?
A few inquiries and observations for those launching products or setting up Customer Support... Looking across the web, not all websites have Help Centers or support at all. I noticed that most sites simply throw a Chatbot on to handle some inquiries, but I've also been told that most of them give inaccurate responses and quite frankly sound robotic (like a chatbot). In short, website visitors...

DeskHelp AI is here! 🚀 Since DeskHelp’s first release, a mission to gain deeper understanding of how customers seek resolutions and how companies meet those expectations was started - today’s release is shaped by that feedback. 🙌 Key Findings: No Support Content: Most sites lack existing support content and creating it usually takes a few weeks, so the website doesn’t have help info to resolve...

This is a good idea! There are many that are tuned to do different things and it can be useful to sift through. How can I add Desk.Help to the list for customer service?

I vibecoded a browser video game, but quickly realized how far away from production it was. No saving data, no boards/progress to track, etc... It was basically just some dude that could run and jump around. I was intrigued though that it was possible. AI has come a long way since then, but I think many run into this issue. Where you realize how novel some builders can be and you'll really have...
