US-Based: Atlanta and Chicago are probably most interesting from an up-and-coming perspective.
Which cities outside of SF are becoming large Startup Hubs?

Really interesting take aways! I'm happy you made it in. I think an important thing to underscore for all founders is "not putting your eggs in one basket" -- this goes for YC, for venture funds, etc. Your comment of finding other points of validation is spot on, and I would argue the only true marker of validation is customer acquisition and traction. Keeping that as your North Star is vital...

Really interesting. I'm a shopper that adds an abundance of items to my cart while browsing, then removes several of them prior to checking out -- almost using the cart as a mini favorites list. I'd be into this if AI-added items truly match the parameters of my current add-to-cart pattern. Otherwise it just feels like an annoying ad; might as well be a pop-up. Example: if I'm adding running...

Super interesting analysis! Thanks for the writeup. My quick answer to how they got in to WSJ would be "they're using a PR team." But seeing the steps outlined here is quite helpful!

I'm sure it's a bit late for your upcoming event, but perhaps helpful for the future: I had a really positive experience at an event that offered a networking app and made it available it around 1-2 weeks before the event. It was super easy to see who else was attending and what we may have in common. I highly recommend something like this -- so much that I definitely take it into consideration...

Very cool! What's the gist of the rules Linda uses to format a podcast? I.e. what is she trained on?

Love this! Lately I've been grappling with AI Content in the age of AI Engagement. A lot of new products are missing some kind of measurement tool.

Go, Maxi, Go! I hope you'll share more of your journey in the weeks following the launch. Curious if it gets overwhelming, if you had a playbook in place and stuck to it, etc. Keep it up!

I've seen them offered as part of other programs, I.e. Google just did a series, called Startup School I think, and awarded credits to attendees who completed the program. Good luck!

"Be clear and human" and "Get clear on your goal" really vibe with me. IMO quality beats hype, unless you have massive resources to create artificial hype. By quality, I mean constantly investigating / dissecting the product against user feedback, user needs and painpoints, the market landscape, etc, to determine that your offering really is something unique and impactful.

Love this -- great example of AI creating real impact. I've delt with so many contractors and services businesses that can't expand because they can't handle customer service and engagement -- it's just not their thing, they want to focus on the work.

I think we'll continue to see rapid adoption and interaction in industries with heavy data-entry: healthcare, accoutning / banking / personal finance, logistics. And I think we'll see some pausing / steps back in places where AI was applied too early and didn't perform well ( I.e. education: AI has proven terrible at detecting AI-generated content in college essays, etc.) or where we realized...
