I led communications at Y Combinator (YC) from 2018-2024, where I played a pivotal role in building the YC brand and provided comms guidance to 3,000+ startups. In 2010, I was one of the first 30 employees at Square and the company's first communications hire. I worked on the team that created and executed the communications strategy for Square's high-profile IPO. Before YC, I directed technology communications for Meta, overseeing global engineering offices, data centers, infrastructure hardware, and sustainability initiatives.
