Ive been very interested in how AI can be used to build personal connections between contacts or sales leads. Scale but without losing the personal touch. There's so much noise in the market from automated reach out that is off-putting and tacky (even with AI which isn't a silver bullet). The team at Andsend are approaching this differently and have a product that I think actually works....

This is really cool. We've just been setting up support for an e-commerce brand and and everyone seems to point to Gorgias what would you say are the main differentiating factors? When ai agents need to esculate to human tickets do you have any ticketing system built in for that eg to interact live or via email, or would that be normally passed to another tool eg hubspot etc?

Some hopefully constructive feedback, I would change your free trial "demo" model. I tested it out on a keyword term, got no results each time after ajdusting then hit a paywall saying my free credits are up. You want to be excluding 0 result searches from the free trial allowance.
