We started building Boom for ourselves based on that experience—to bring some of that boom energy to meetings and presentations and make them more engaging, productive, and fun. @rrhoover Thanks Ryan! Really appreciate your early feedback from when Boom was just a rough prototype. It would be definitely be cool to replace Zoom but for now we're staying very focused on building a sustainable business that's a great compliment to Zoom and other video conferencing apps. We learned from the mistakes of remote / COVID era virtual office startups who tried to replace Zoom. Can't replace zoom without a real unfair advantage.

@5harath Hey Sharath, super thankful for you checking out Boom. The IRL question is an interesting one, its something we're still figuring out as the work world keeps evolving. I think for now we're hyper focused on the virtual scenario so when someone finds themselves in that situation we've been super thoughtful about their experience and interactions with their peers. We'll continue to look out for any feedback that helps inform how we can create better synergy between the IRL and virtual worlds.
