Andsend
Hey hunters and makers 👋
We're a founding team of 8 that realized sales is broken. Our networks are full of untapped opportunities, yet we waste time, money, and reputation on cold outreach.
Imagine if you could turn your existing network into your only source of revenue.
💡 What is Andsend?
Meet your personal Customer Relationship Agent.
Andsend is an intelligent messenger that connects your Email, LinkedIn, and CRM in one place. Instead of manually tracking conversations, follow-ups and outreach, simply tell Andsend what you want to achieve – whether it's starting sales conversations, upselling customers, or nurturing your connections.
Andsend identifies matching opportunities in your network, drafts LinkedIn and email replies, and continuously suggests compelling follow ups - so you can drive more revenue conversations with less effort.
Just review and send. Maintain full control while Andsend does the heavy lifting.

@kevos I went entrepreneur recently and a learning I did not expect is that properly exhausting your in-network leads is SO hard. I still find myself remembering about somebody I didn't talk to, somebody that didn't respond, somebody I didn't respond to... it's just too many people and too many sources. In any case, this looks like a step forward, will definitely try it out!
Congrats on the launch! 👏
Andsend
@kevos @manuhortet Hi Manu! Great input! That's exactly the direction we are taking. We believe that your opportunities are already in your network (or in your network's network). But as you're saying, it's almost impossible to manage.
What else has been your pains when trying to work through your network?
Andsend
@kevos @manuhortet Definitely an issue! I've struggled with this so much before Andsend. It's so embarrassing to go to send a message to a connection to realize that the last time I reached out, I also asked for a favor. Instead of having kept those conversations warm over time.
Andsend
@edicook Thank you so much for the encouraging words Edie 🙏 Looking forward to hear your thoughts!
What value are you most excited about enabling for yourself with Andsend?
@kevos very cool! I am definitely giving it a try
Andsend
Thanks for hunting us Jason, and appreciating our different approach! 🙏
As a team, we believe in taking good care of professional relationships you already have, rather than just rushing to find new. For most senior people, all the business you'll ever need sits within your existing network. But the technology to excavate all the gold hasn't been there, until now.
Andsend is not another CRM, it's your Customer Relatationship Agent who helps you find opportunities of value creation within your network. You're always in control, deciding who gets into the "inner circle" of Andsend. The agent then collaborates with you in a beautiful interface to nurture these relationships over time, in a direction of your choice.
Did that answer your question @jasondainter ?
Andsend
@jasondainter Thanks a lot for hunting us! much appreciated!
@per_clingweld Welcome, great with the product!

Congrats on the launch, excited for you guys!! Interesting concept and I love the fact that the focus is on identifying and drafting messages, rather than automating the entire follow-up process. It's always a little weary to hand over a topic as important as customer messaging to an automated bot. And the fact that LinkedIn is part of this is super, most of my business comes from there. Look forward to when y'all have an integration with Sales Navigator as well!
Andsend
@thesnappingdog Thanks a lot Richard, glad that it resonates!
Andsend
@thesnappingdog Curious to hear, what would you like to see in a sales nav integration?
reconfigured
@kevos the same as regular Linkedin messages - the conversations you have in sales nav are not accessible/dont appear in your linkedin inbox. A lot of important conversations happen through that side of LI.
Andsend
@thesnappingdog ah I'm with you! Great point for sure that those conversations need to be included as well. We just discussed and will see what we can do later this week!
Andsend
@kevos @thesnappingdog Hi Richard! We are not making any promises, but... I can say as much as one of our developers is looking at it as we speak..
Andsend
Hey everyone! 👋
I’m Alexandra, part of the founding team and Head of Customer Success at Andsend.
Working closely with our early users has been incredible - your feedback has shaped Andsend into what it is today. We’ve poured our hearts into building a tool that makes managing business relationships more authentic and human.
Would love to hear what you all think! What do you like? What can we improve? If you have any questions, drop them here. I’m all ears! 💙
@alexandra_skagerholm Wow, what an incredible journey you all have been on🌟 I'm so impressed by the passion of the Andsend team and I think it really shows in the product! Nonetheless, I’ve come across several AI-integrated communication tools and it’ll probably come even more. So I’m curious, what do you believe sets Andsend apart from the rest and how will you make sure to stay ahead of the competition? 😄💪

Andsend
@denisss Thank you Denis! We don't really see ourselves as a CRM, so we decided to call it a Customer Relationship Agent! What do you think of that description?
Streak Hunter
Andsend
@denisss Happy you agree with that!
Congrats team! Just think about repurposing time and energy from researching and tracking different profiles and companies. Me gusta!! Finally, a MUCH more efficient way to engage my network with personalized and relevant content. Not a super user (yet) but even at an early stage, I really appreciate the context and reminders. Not just critical for Sales! Particularly excited about using it for Customer Success. Particularly relevant for enterprise accounts that require a large amount of effort to expand. Besides, hard to expand your revenue without expanding your network.
This... Your network is a gold mine of opportunities. Andsend is the excavator that helps you extract that gold. ⛏️✨
On this note, how does it handle team collaboration around client relationships? @alexandra_skagerholm
Andsend
@shane_correa1 Exactly. It's almost impossible to manage your existing network today, and CRMs are for sure not built for it. Great to hear that you also think this is a real problem.
We haven't built it fully for CS professionals yet, but that hasn't stopped me from using it to manage my different customer relationships through it and it has been very helpful to making sure I stay on top of them! Looking forward to your feedback once you try it!
Andsend
@shane_correa1 Great question. Currently, there's a collaboration feature on the team plan so you know if someone else on your team is already in contact with a person. Then you can decide how you want to handle that contact based on that info. As cross-collaboration is needed we don't want to block contacts.
I am waiting for group conversations ;) @eric_lilja
@shane_correa1 What possibilities would you need for your team to manage your clients relationships trough Andsend?
@eric_lilja @alexandra_skagerholm Thanks! You covered the most urgent use case - already in contact with a person. Maybe this is already in LinkedIn but how about not only offering pre-written messages but highlighting possible introduction paths based on the team's consolidated/collected network. Not based exclusively on connections but based on the strength of the connection (quantity and latency of DMs, comments on posts, interactions, duration/age of connection, etc.). Probably not part of your functionality... =D Curious!
Andsend
@alexandra_skagerholm @shane_correa1 Yeah, finding introductory connections that you have in common with others, and other signals and paths towards a conversation is definitely something we've talked about introducing! Fully in line with what we want to build! 🙌
Lovable
Amazing work, @mahir_hambiralovic3 and team! 🙌 💌
Andsend
@mahir_hambiralovic3 @niklasvatn Thanks a lot for the recognition Niklas! 🫶 but you guys are the real GOATS! Very impressed with both Loveable as a product and your growth strategy, hat off!
Andsend
He-he-heeeey @niklasvatn. Good to see you here! Thanks a lot Niklas ❤️
