Been on this platform a month now, and genuinely think the people here are sharper than what i've found anywhere else.
Curious if that's actually held true for others when it comes to hiring.
Have you hired someone you found on ph, or been hired yourself through here.
Also curious what your actual go-to platform is for finding people, ph, linkedin, twitter or somewhere else entirely.

When a team is small, it s usually pretty easy to figure out who knows what. But as the company grows, I imagine there s a point where constantly asking someone for an answer starts creating more problems than it solves.

For those who ve grown a team, when did you start noticing that shift? And what changed?

I was chatting with a few mates about Product Hunt Profiles, and they mentioned people who had built up good profiles, earned kitty points, stayed active, and then suddenly got banned and were back to zero.
Honestly, I feel like if a profile is banned, there should be a clear reason given for it. Otherwise it's pretty confusing for someone who has spent months building their profile.

Has anyone here experienced this? What do you think?
