In my experience, translating text inside videos is still very hands-on. When I deal with slides or UI screens, I usually export the frame, edit it in a design tool and replace the text with my translated version. Then I place it back into the video. It works but it definitely adds time to the process. I personally feel this part of video localization hasn’t been fully automated yet.

From my point of view, Product Hunt can work if you frame it right. I’ve seen open-source tools do well when the value is crystal clear. If your project directly improves user engagement, that’s a strong hook. I would emphasize real use cases and maybe early results. Still, I’d personally also target GitHub trending and developer communities since that’s where open-source audiences usually hang...

For me, storytelling changed everything. I use Twitter to share daily progress and honest struggles. That transparency builds trust over time. I don't chase virality anymore. I focus on consistency and real conversations with other founders in the space.

This matches my own experience pretty closely. Safari still feels smoother for graphics on my Mac but Chrome no longer feels slower like it used to. I do wish all browsers would step up their privacy game instead of making users rely on extensions.

Outside work, I focus on mental clarity. Meditation, stretching and learning something small every day. Some days it's a podcast, other days it's a page from a book. I rotate habits based on time, just like you mentioned.

This hits home for me. I realized my launch didn't fail because of the idea but because I rushed the story. I'm now focusing on clarity, onboarding and polishing the core instead of chasing new features.

This update looks awesome. I've personally wanted a date picker for time zone planning, so that's a big win for me. Airport code search is clever too, I've definitely googled that more times that I want to admit. Great progress overall.
