This is pretty cool, you should ask for a review when someone purchases your app: https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/macos/system-capabilities/ratings-and-reviews/ Right now you pop up a "Thank you!" with a heart screen. If someone just purchased your app, they probably like it a lot, so it's a good place to do that.
