What are the main differences between Worksphere and SpaceIQ or OfficeSpaces for i.e? We have been using the latter and I am curious to understand what else you bring to the market

@coco_walla Apologies for not responding here sooner, this was an oversight on our part. Unlike traditional IWMS, as an admin you have the ability to create, update and configure your offices and workspaces yourself. Workpshere doesn't charge any configuration or per-location fees. We know that the new workplace is dynamic and distributed - offices now and in the future will range in size and change as you grow and adjust to hybrid work. Having access to make changes in real-time and doing so at no additional cost allows your team and facilities to be adaptive and flexible. Worksphere is far less costly than many of these tools. At $6 per active employee per month, we're a fraction of the cost with many of the same features.

Some early trends that we are seeing are 1) companies categorizing employees to remote, hybrid or office depending on their department 2) a mix of assigned and flexible desks in office 3) more collaborative spaces in office 4) a monthly stipend for employee's home office The underlying theme is companies are offering increased flexibility for employees to work remotely, but many employees want to come to office a few days per week/month for collaboration.
