Okay this is actually super cute, I love the idea of kids sending letters to Santa and the Tooth Fairy while parents get a secret peek How do you keep all the messages safe though Also would be fun if there were little prompts or ideas to help kids write their letters, do you plan to add something like that?
@prisans let me answer. Messages are safe as the whole platform is hosted on @Laravel Cloud. There is no safer hosting solution nowadays. As for prompts, that sounds like a good idea to me, so why not, I might do something like that. I did implemented @OpenAI API to chat with kids, and it's approachable only after a parent generates a code and pass it to kid. Otherwise kid cant chat. Also, I limited chats to 15 minutes. We dont want our kids too long in front of the Screen, dont we? :)

The parent code and 15 min limit is such a vibe, love how you’re keeping kids safe but still letting them have fun Would be kinda cool if there was like a weekly mini summary for parents, just a sneak peek at what their kid wrote or chatted about could give some inspo for real-life fun stuff anyway this is lowkey amazing, can totally see families loving this. But I loved your idea of execution.

@vouchy I have Santa private phone number. And not only Santa, but all of the Magical characters listed. However I cant tell you more, as I have signed NDA with them.

How will you compete with the post office? I believe most will respond with a generic message from the north pole :)
@rishiuttamhk not at all. Every response is hand written. No generic messages, I assure you. So if you child writes a letter to any of our characters, child will get only hand written responses. :)

I picked WishfulMail because it turns simple kid memories into something you can keep. I ended up writing my own letter to Santa and realized how secretly fun this is for adults, too. :D

The site does not currently clearly list templates or prompts for letters.
What data do you collect, and how long is it retained?
They collect account information and children’s letters, keeping children’s messages for up to 30 days before deletion, and payment data for about 7 years.
Is customer support available for setup and issues?
Yes, users may contact them to terminate or modify their accounts, implying support for issues.
This is one product I can say it keeps a magic alive! It is kids friendly, safe and fun to use!

No ads, ad-free, no trackers and Data are not shared to any third parties.
Can multiple caregivers access and manage the same account?
They can, if they share same email and password to login into Wishfulmail.com
How are children’s identities and personal data protected?
Fully completely protected. Kids does not have to login to use platform. Ai models are taught to correct bad language and behaviour and to behave in the spirit of given character.
Is the experience ad-free across web and mobile?
Wishfulmail is ad-free on any platform and free to use. We completely rely on people donations.
What parental controls and notification options are available?
Parent can see all the child communication, emails sent to Magical characters, and chat transcriptions. They will be notified when kid sent a letter, or start chat session. Chat sessions are limited to 15 minutes as we do not support kids spending whole day long in front of screen.
