My agent Matthew was extremely cooperative and nice, the process was extremely easy as well. Literally took maybe 10-15 minutes of my time and my phone was on. Only ended up paying around $65 for the activation fee. I would 100% recommend.

I really love my experience with Wing. The switch was smooth and their agents were very nice. No call drops and I have coverage anywhere I go. So glad I switched.

Treat customers better and stop trying to over charge for data and then the data doesn’t work ! 😡

Horrible company. Terrible customer service. Ordered phone they didn't ship. Cancelled order a month later they sent phone. Contacted them to return. They sent via email return label. My printer dead so contacted them to print and mail. They have no printers. So have to pay postage on phone I didn't order to return because of their error. Avoid this company.

THEE WORST me and wife never used more than 2 gigs, first month they clock us in at 3gigs,, and still 2 months AFTER we cxled are trying to bill my already cxled credit card... VERY dishonest.. and if you like texting to talk to people wing is great...HORRIBLE using crickett now awesome...

Very happy with wing. Ported my number in from ATT the actual port process was done in 10 and my sim was active popped it in my iPhone X and away I went. Same service area, speed and reliability of ATT but a discounted price which I love. They were accommodating in sending out my SIM card as I needed it a little after before I had to pay another month to ATT. They actually increased ship speed at their cost. The app they have for iOS tells me everything I need to know and makes it easy to contact them if I need help. I am enjoying the unlimited data plan and am streaming hours upon hours of twitch, youtube, Hulu and playing Mobil games all without a hitch. Highly recommend Wing Alpha.
