Thank you @dan_robins ! We couldn't agree more. Clients always have to adapt to multiple technologies imposed by professionals, making their experience complex and disorganized. And most solutions are provided, and mostly are for the professionals, leaving clients so disorganized!

I really love this idea, but I worry about getting my clients to actually use another product. Most of the time they just want email and won't interact with something like Trello or anything else that requires something besides email. Have your users found a way to combat that?
Thanks for the question @britt_joiner ! We haven't had too much trouble getting clients on the platform as they immediately see the value of it! Many users told us that their clients appreciate not having to search their emails for information. We also offer instant notification and daily digest for everyone who wants to follow the activity in their Spaces via emails. Additionally, we are working on integrations such as Gmail and Slack/Teams to address this! Give it a try and let us know what you think!

This is a great question and I'm glad you are asking. What we have found is that most clients do not like to use platforms like Trello, Teams, Monday.com because they are complicated. Now, this may not always be the case, but the main reason our users have had no problem getting their clients to use Welcome Spaces is because the UI is extremely simple. There is no hidden features - everything is as it seems.
Since more users have Premium accounts with their branding, clients simply see Welcome Spaces as an extension of their professionals' offering rather than a new tool to use.
But you are absolutely right, in some type of relationship (probably some that are less complex) clients might prefer using simple emails.
I really like this product and your 'Slack for client relationships' messaging. What a great way to add an extra level of 'wow' to the experience that organisations offer to their clients!

We think they deserve organisation and simplicity too !
The platform is super useful to keep track of important information and documents, especially when working on multiple projects. I like the fact that within the same space, you can choose the level of permission to information for each contact added. Congrats on the launch!
