And yeah, there’s plenty of similar tools out there. And we’ve been using them for ages. I have to say ages have not been kind on most survey/quiz builders – that’s actually one of the big reasons why we decided to make WebAsk in the first place.
One of the core ideas (and perks) of WebAsk is that... well, it’s new. And so the app itself and the feedback forms you produce with it look and feel quite hip and synergize well with modern web design principles around which most of the websites and apps are built these days. Which, in my book, is a huge win for companies and their customers both – feedback forms that look like they time travelled from the early 2000s is a huge turn off. Hopefully, we can fix that with WebAsk, among other things :)
