I built Wapi Sender because WhatsApp automation still feels far more complicated than it should. What started as a way to simplify device management and messaging evolved into a full automation platform with visual flows, AI agents, webhooks, integrations and MCP support. The biggest shift was realizing that AI shouldn’t just reply to WhatsApp messages — AI agents should be able to actually use WhatsApp as a tool. Wapi Sender is still evolving, and I’m especially interested in feedback from people building AI agents, automations, customer-support systems or WhatsApp-based products.
