Reviewers are overwhelmingly negative about Visible, describing unreliable service and a support system that often makes problems worse. The most common complaints are dropped calls, missing texts, weak or inconsistent data, app and account glitches, and long chat-only support loops with little resolution. Several users also report trouble with trials, cancellations, refunds, number transfers, and locked devices. A few people say coverage can be strong and Verizon-like in the right area, but even they note location matters; most say the low price does not make up for the hassle.
If you are expecting the world for $40/month you will be disappointed. I was able to eliminate my soon to be $65/month internet bill and combine it with my phone bill saving me $60 a month. I can stream, surf, play games do whatever I did before. And although there are occasional hiccups, they are less frequent than when I was paying Spectrum for their internet.
Pros:Love the price and what you get for it.
Cons:Internet can be sporadic, especially during peak hours.
