Visible

Tried for days to sign up for a 15 day free trial to see what they was about and they just gave me headaches. The website is never working properly always glitching and sending you back on never ending loops. if you try talking to a human, they will be lost, confused and have no idea how to problem solve. Never was able to create a account but they claimed i had service before, how? anyways. 5 hours later, no plan, no service and no account. Would rather communicate via smoke signals at this point.

I have missed so many calls and medical issues because of this service. I cannot believe they are allowed to take peoples money like they do. I and people I know hate this service😡

I was using Google Fi and although good service was getting pretty expensive, especially for data. I was recommended Visible Wireless and liked the value proposition. I even got 2 other family members to sign up. Onboarding was difficult, but seems to be common with cell providers. The real problems began once we started using. Problems included: intermittent cell signal, many dead spots. Lost calls, wifi calling constantly dropping, data connection problems requiring restarting phone. In the end it just wasn't worth the cost savings versus terrible service so I changed. Then for icing on the cake, I was a day late in switching service and they dinged me for whole month! I switched to AT&T prepaid. Setup was again pretty painful, but at least now I have a good working service with none of the issues of Visible and is actually cheaper on their prepaid plan.

I purchased the plan yesterday. I could not use my email for the 15 day trial, so I had to purchase it. I had problems every since I started using the service. I mean, who am I joking, what service? They promise an excellent network, and being a driver who relies on network all the time, what a great surprise to see that you are lost and have no signal to get anywhere? NO SIGNAL AT ALL IN DIFFERENT PLACES IN THE SURROUNDINGS. I was stuck in traffic for about 40 minutes with no signal at all! I had to chat with a person today, lost a lot of time that I didn’t have to learn that if I ported out, I would lose the money I paid for a service that I was lied to, saying that it had great coverage. If I cancel before porting, I would lose my number. Either way, in the end, I’d lose my number. What a hassle to get a new number because the company is only interested in our money, and they lie to achieve that. Why isn’t there a negative feedback on the website? There should be, because it is 4.4. It was suggested that I kept the service until the end of the month. Once again I asked what service? Thank you so much, Visible, for offering something you don’t have and then just take money from people. This review is also going to be posted on Google, so people really know what visible is all about: lying and stealing! Good job!

Very poor customer service. Account is locked for 7 days and phone stopped making/receiving calls. Repeated contact with chat help failed to resolve. They made promises to email, call, elevate to the expert team but so far not one promise has been kept. For a few days the phone worked fine but suddenly stopped and no-one has been able to help. I can't even cancel the service because my account is locked. Very frustrating and dissatisfied!

This is by far the most horrible experience I had when it comes to getting a new phone line and new device. I have been struggling to get the resolution done from past 1 week and it's going NOWHERE. Almost 10 times chatting with support reps for hours and going back and fourth between Visible and Affirm I am still in limbo. Visible customer service said they have escalated the issue and someone would call me. 4 days and NADA. I am just so frustrated that I wanted to reach out to ANYONE from Visible to help me out from management but AGAIN, NO human is available on the other side. I will NEVER recommend This to anyone.
