Versio turns CVs from documents into structured data. Keep one master profile per person, then toggle items on/off to generate tailored versions for any client or role. Designed exports, multiple templates, multiple supported languages, AI only where it actually helps.
I built Versio after watching colleagues rebuild their CV from scratch every time a new client brief came in. The spark: someone asked me to "just quickly" tailor four CVs for a pitch, four hours later I was still in InDesign.
CVs are structured data pretending to be documents. Versio fixes that. One master profile per person, named versions where you toggle items on or off, with AI to rephrase if needed, and exports that look like a designer made them (because one did).
The first build had AI doing too much, auto-rewriting bullets, suggesting reorderings. Useless in practice, because nobody trusts a tool that silently rewrites their professional history. I pulled it back. AI now only parses a CV on import or helps when you ask. The toggle-based version system and light rewriting does the real work.
Cherry on top, there are analyser tools to help improving your CV version on its content and also ATS compatibility (HR systems). And for businesses, there are handy features to find the best candidate and prepare CVs in bulk for a proposal.
I've tried quite a few AI CV optimisers and this one is best one I've ever used. The CV parsing worked perfectly, and the gap analysis gave good suggestions about how I could adjust my CV to the job description.
